Franklin County Senior Citizens Council
A 501(c)(3) operating a senior center in Carrabelle with recreational, educational, and wellness activities for anyone 50 and older. Open weekdays from noon to 5:00 PM for games, billiards, ping pong, reading, television, and free WiFi. A weekly lunch special is served Thursdays starting at noon for $10 including drink and dessert — open to the public, and the meals go quickly. Located at 201 NW Ave F, Carrabelle.

Franklin’s Promise Coalition — Seniors Care Network
A collaboration of agencies, volunteers, and nonprofits supporting Franklin County seniors, focused on food access, transportation, housing, social activities, and services that help seniors stay independent. Partners include the Area Agency on Aging, Capital Area Community Action Agency, local churches and food pantries, the Florida Department of Health, and Franklin County Transportation.
